Step 1: One Time Registration

The One Time Registration process involves generating verification code and downloading the Dispatch for Loading Apex Sync Tool in application.

Note: The generation of verification code is mandatory to download the Dispatch for Loading Apex Sync Tool.

To generate verification code, perform the following steps:

1. In Dispatch for Loading application, click Admin > Third Party Integration option. The Third Party Integration page is displayed.
   
   Note: The Need help to setup Dispatch for Loading Apex Sync Tool? option is to refer more information about Dispatch for Loading Apex Sync Tool.

2. Click Generate Code to generate the Verification Code for respective jobsite. The Generate Verification Code pop-up is displayed.
   

3. Enter email ID in the respective field to which the generated Verification Code has to be mailed.
   Note: The selected Site name is displayed in the Site field and cannot be edited. The generated verification code is sent as an email to the provided email addresses. More than one email address can be separated with a comma.

4. Click Generate.
   Note: The Generate option is enabled upon entering the valid email ID.

To download Dispatch for Loading Apex Sync Tool, perform the following steps:

1. In Third Party Integration page, the recently generated Verification Code is displayed at top of the list. The action icons are enabled for site which has the generated Verification Code.
   
   Note: The Edit icon is to update the email ID of recipient provided to generate the verification code.

2. Click Download icon to start downloading the Dispatch for Loading Apex Sync Tool.
